Been coaching jerks behind the neck all day and at the 7pm class accidentally came up with a drill to solve a common fault of diving forward under the bar… resulting in the bar going forward as well. Line of action needs to be straight up straight down. if you do that standing nose to a pole, it won’t end well!!!
